If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Return / Exchanges Eligibility
- Non-custom jewelry (standard sizes and ready-made designs) may be returned within 8 business days from the day you receive your order.
- The returned item must arrive back at SarahDi Jewelry within those 8 business days, not just be shipped within that time frame.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags and certificates included.
- To begin a return, please contact our team at info@sarahdijewelry.com within the 8-business-day period to receive authorization and detailed return instructions.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide our U.S. return address and all necessary shipping details.
Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry
- All custom jewelry, including special ring sizes or personalized designs, is final sale.
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for these pieces, as each item is made specifically for you.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your jewelry arrives safe
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can promptly resolve the issue.
