Return Eligibility
Non-custom jewelry (standard sizes and ready-made designs) may be returned within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and certificates must be included

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.
Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry
All custom jewelry, including special ring sizes, personalized designs, or made-to-order items, are final sale.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for these items because they are produced specifically for the customer.
Engraved Items
Jewelry that has been engraved or personalized is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the jewelry arrives safely.
Restocking Fee
Returns requested within the 15-day return window may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the condition of the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
